- The Challenge
During my four-month internship at Gold&Kind, I contributed to the ongoing brand management of STORK, a family-owned interior company navigating a generational transition. The challenge was to communicate the value of STORK’s furniture and interior expertise in a way that felt premium, personal and relevant across different customer touchpoints. This included finding ways to create stronger emotional connections to the products while supporting the brand’s established identity and its development towards a future-oriented premium positioning.
- The Solution
The work translated STORK’s brand values into a series of personal and commercially relevant communication formats. Alongside newsletters, blog posts and a customer voucher, a six-week Bestseller Weeks campaign was developed to give selected furniture pieces focused visibility and encourage purchase decisions over time. Personal statements from the owners added authenticity and emotional value, allowing customers to connect the products with the people and family history behind the brand.
- The Process
During my internship at Gold&Kind, I contributed to STORK’s ongoing brand management by translating the established brand direction into newsletters, blog posts, customer communication and campaign concepts. I developed content around different themes and considered how each format could communicate the brand in a clear and engaging way. For the six-week Bestseller Weeks campaign, I helped structure a sequence that gave different furniture pieces focused attention and created regular purchase impulses. I also integrated personal statements from the owners to add authenticity and emotional value to the product communication.
